Next, lay down mulch in your flower beds and beneath hedges to protect plants from summer drought, and to keep weeds at bay. Turn your outside faucets and sprinklers back on and check for damage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reseed The Lawn<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fill in the bald patches before the summer heat.
